Whitebait is a collective term for the immature fry of fish. At Lilo, we are using white bait from indonesia. Like ikan bilis, white bait is also a Source of Calcium, DHA, phosphorus and protein which is great nutrient enhancement to our little ones meals!
So which is better? Ikan bilis or white bait?
Since the days when I only had ikan bilis as core product, I had always convey the message to customers that comparing ikan bilis and white bait is like comparing salmon and cod. Which is better? Both are good fish and it depends on what you prefer. Eating everything in moderation has always been Lilo’s belief.
